In 2011, at the Neonatal Deparment of National hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology associated the Pediatric Surgical Department in Viet-Duc hospital, The authors treated one patient who suffered a bladder extrophy associated omphalocele. She had a prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of omphalocele and two renal amplifier, followed the renal dysplasia. Results of treatment were good. Prenatal ultrasound had a high diagnostic value and gave a good preparation of postnatal treatment.
