Human strongyloidiasis is main caused by Strongyloides stercoralis. These nematode are found worldwide, but they are endemic in some parts of the world, especially in Afica, the West India, Southeast Asia, South America. The symptomatic spectrum of Strongyloides ranges from subclinical in acute and chronic infection to severe and fatal in hyperinfection syndrome and disseminated strongyloidiasis, which have case-fatality rates that approach 85 percent. In either case, patients' symptoms are a result of the parasite's larval form migrating through various organs of the body. In particular, strongyloidiasis is the causative agent of opportunistic infections, strong upsurge in the local immunosuppression, which can lead to death. This report presents two cases hyperinfection larvae with expression in the stomach syndrome was diagnosed and treated cure by thiabendazole 20mg/kg/time dose x 2 times/day x 2 days.
