A secondary Sjogren's syndrome is a systemic autoimmune exocrinopathy and connective tissue disease such as, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis or Scleroderma. It is an uncommon disease in childhood and usually under or late diagnoses. The authors describe a 11 year old girl with history of multiple episodes of bilateral parotitis swelling lasting 3 years.
