A cross-sectional study on 385 teachers of 22 primary schools in Dong Anh district, Hanoi aiming at to investigate the occupational voice disease of teachers. The results showed that: the rate of occupational voice disease of the teachers is 29.9 percent, including pathological voice injuries such as chronic inflammation of larynx, polyp of vocal cord and voice dysfunction due to limitation or activation of two vocal cords activity and due to voice fatigue. The risks of occupational voice disease among teachers mainly are voice overuse. The high rate of teacher lack of fundamental knowledge of technical voice using (exceeded 50 percent)
