The study was conducted on 2049 people from An My commune, Binh Luc district, Ha Nam province to describe the disease/acute symptoms within two weeks of people in An My, Binh Luc district, Ha Nam and some related factors and describe the use of health services of the people. The results showed that disease/acute symptoms had the highest rate is getting headaches dizziness (112.7 per thousand), the second was a fever (102.5 per thousand). The rate of disease/acute symptoms of female was higher (22 percent) compare to men (18.1 percent), statistically significant with p 0.05. Disease/acute symptoms encountered in all ages. In particular, the rate of disease/acute symptoms of children under 5 age group the highest (23.1 percent), group the elderly have the lowest incidence (17.5 percent). Some factors that increased disease/acute symptoms: smoking habits, alcohol/beer
not using hygienic latrines. There are 10 types of health services used by people when they had the disease/acute symptoms, among which self-buying drug at store had the highest rate (39.7 percent), the second was going to district hospital ( 33 percent).
