Anatomy of the cerebral artery plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral vascular diseases, especially treatment intravascular intervention. The circle of cerebral artery (circle of Willis) has many variations. Multislices computed tomography (MSCT 64) have shown positive results in the evaluating cerebral vascular system. The study was conducted to identify the anatomical variations of the circle of cerebral artery on MSCT64. The study identified the 17 variant forms of the circle of cerebral artery at a rate of 77.45 percent. The variations within the circle of Willis was not only occur in the single cerebral artery part, but also occur with higher rates in the combination of cerebral artery variants. In conclusion, the circle of cerebral artery was more and complex variations. These variations had an important role in considering the treatment methods to patients in case of insufficiency the internal carotid artery system or the vertebra - basilar system.
