Students face many different difflculties, especially psychological difflculties in learning activities at universities. These psychological difficulties make more negative phenomena such as shock, lightheadedness, fatigue, depression... even suicide. So. the study of the expression of the general psychological difficulties and psychological difficulties in the learning of students in particular have important significance not only improving the quality of teaching and learning at the university. but also help students find out measures to cope with these difficulties. So this article mentions some theoretical issues on the expression of the psychological difficulty in the learning activities of students.
