Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, although affecting mainly the lungs but it also caused diseases in the whole body. Objectives were to study some cardiovascular and metabolic disorders in COPO patients. There were three clinical signs common of heart disease: oliguresis (90.9 percent), edema of lower extremity (84.8 percent). On the electrocardiogram, tachycardia encountered most often (90.9 percent). Number of patients with hypertension arterial pulmonary accounted high (83.8 percent), 65.7 percent of patients reduced blood protein. There was 71.9 percent of patients with hypercholesterolemia
