Objective: To evaluate results of treatment children with spastic cerebral palsy be injected Dysport (botulinum toxin type A) and Rehabilitation. Subjectives: 35 children with cerebral palsy may have to drive over 2 years of treatment at the Rehabilitation Department of National of Pediatrics Hospital from 2011 -2012. Methods: The intervention study no control group. Results: 100 percent improvement in children with spastic conditions and gross motor function (standing and walking), take the average of the Asworth total score decreased from 17.9 before injection to 7.5 after injection of 3 months (p 0.001). Average total scores of the GMFM 66 in section stood up from 20 to 27 before injection after injection of 3 months (p0.001), the standing item goes up from 14.6 before to 43.9 after the injection 3 months (p0.001).
