Objective: Study of the activity some coagulant and anticoagulant factors in adult healthy peoples. Subjects: Adult healthy peoples, agreed to participate in research. Method: cross-sectional descriptive method. Results: There are 55 cases, and have results: - The median value of clotting factors: factor VIII: 104.1 + or - 43.2 percent, factor IX: 114.3 + or - 33.1 percent, factor XI: 108.1 + or - 27.0 percent, a2-antiplasmin: 92.8 + or - 12.5 percent
Fibrinogen: 2.7 + or - 0.4g/L, PAI-1: 0.2 - 0.7
D-dimer: 113.4 - 177.7ng/ml. - The median value of anticoagulation factors: PC: 93.8 + or - 2.3 percent, PS: 99.2 + or -10.9 percent
ATIII: 89.5 + or - 8.9 percent
APCR - V: 2.0 + or - 0.2. - The rate of increase hypercoagulability factors: mainly factor IX and factor XI. - The rate of reduction of anticoagulant factors: mainly PC and ATIII. Conclusion: The median value of coagulant and anticoagulant factors is similar to studies. While increased the hypercoagulant factors are mainly factors IX, XI and decreased anticoagulant factors are mainly protein C, antiThrombin III.
