To promote the effects, to boost industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas in order to create new motive for the development of rural economy, it is necessary to: develope a comprehensive, modem oriented agriculture, together with developing industry and services in rural areas
build rural infrastructure and new rural areas simultaneously
widely apply scientific - technical and technological achievements, train rural human resources
preserve national security in rural areas, struggle against corruption, waste and negatives in land management and use.
