Through the October Revolution, socialism has turned from theory to vivid reality. With the success of October Revolution, the Soviet Union had developed rapidly, being the core factor in the struggle movement for peace, national independence and socialism in the world, including Vietnam. The light of October Revolution, Marxism - Leninism theories and Ho Chi Minh's ideology is the ideological basis, the lodestar for the road to the aim of prosperous, strength, democracy, fair and civilization of Vietnam.
