Septicemie occurs when microorganisms get into the blood and cause systemic inflammatory response syndrome, can lead to septic shock. The purpose of the study was determine the incidence of sepsis pathogens in the Hospital No.103 during 2005-2011. A total of 238 organisms were recovered from positive blood culture samples. A significant proportion of sepsis cases were caused by gram-positive (50.42 percent). The commontly isolated pathogens were S. aureus (16.8 percent), P. aeruginosa (14.28 percent), followed by E. coli (7.98 percent) and Streptococci. The number of sepsis cases tend to increase in recent years and appears as a new agent of swine streptococcus, a number of other rare bacteria. Sepsis occurs in many different diseases and most of all specialties. Apart from infectious diseases, sepsis has a high rate in the Intensive Care department. In the surgery, blood infections common in surgical pathology of the urinary system and digestive tract.
