The detection issues, education and nurture talent in general, gifted students in particular, has long attracted the attention of the whole society. In Vietnam, the system of schools, class options for gifted students has existed for more than 40 years ago. However, the education of gifted students, gifted students remain insufficient, contradictory and confused. The lack of documentation and research on gifted and gifted children is one of the causes of the situation. Therefore, students in the pedagogic universities must be equipped with knowledge of psychology skills because they will be the major force in the detection, training and fostering talented students later.
