The world is making great changes, science - technologies has developed rapidly, intellectual economy and globalisation are objective tendencies, basic contradictions in the world in multi forms and levels still exist and develope. National and class struggle is continuing critically. Until November 2011, there is 7 billion people in the world, in which 1 billion is living in poverty and hunger. Global problems such as climate change, natural disaster... needs multilateral cooperation to be solved. Communist parties, right-wing parties enhance discussing and exchanging ideas periodically on socialism theories and practices. In the world, socialism, from lessons of success and failure as well as from the aspiration and the awakening of nations, is qualified and capaple to make new development milestone. Due to history's evolutionary rule, human kind will definitely go forward to socialism.
