The research aim is to describe some epidemiological clinical features and assess the results of treatments of pediatric severe sepsis with coagulation disorders. 89 children which were from 1 month to 15 age old had severe sepsis and the coagulation disorder were admitted to ICU of Pediatric National of Hospital (NHP). The results showed that age group mainly 1 year old account for 69,7 percent, male 58,4 percent. SIRS :temperature disorders 69,7 percent, increased or decreased white blood cells 58,4 percent, tachycardia 77,5 percent, severe respiratory failure mechanical ventilation 92,1 percent. The rates of the positive blood and fluids culture 39.4 percent, include negative gram 69,5 percent, positive gram bacteria 24,9 percent and fungi 5,6 percent. The rate of MODS 85,4 percent, among them septic shock 84,3 percent. The hemorrhage rate 29,6 percent. Coagulation disorders was mainly decreased platelets 52,8 percent, PT and APTT lasted (89.9 percent, 69.7 percent), decreased fibrinogen 19,1 percent and D-dimer increased 66,7 percent, DIC 11,2 percent. The results of treatment 15,5 percent good, moderate 46,5 percent and bad response 38,1 percent. MODS group had 5 times less response than the no-MODS. The mortalityrate was 75,3 percent, the mortality risk of bad responsively group was higher then good response. The severe sepsis with coagulation disorders was accounted for the high rate of child 1 year old, the clinical feature was mainly petechiae, the need to perform laboratory to diagnosis and treatment, the mortality rate was very high.
