By studying 84 patients with purpura thrombocytopenique autoimmune at the Department of Interior 2 - Hai Phong Viet - Tiep Hospital from January 2007 to September 2010, we draw some conclusions as follows: The proportion of female patients (75 percent) were more than male's (25 percent), age group 16-29 with patients having the highest proportion (33.3 percent, p0.05) The proportion of subcutanea and submucosus purpura encountered most often (40.5 percent), followed by internal purpura (17.9 percent). A very severe thrombopenia (lower than 20G/l: 51.2 percent).
