Bronchogenic carcinoma (BC) trend to occur in younger patients. The prognosis of BC in young patients is worse than old patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical characteristics, histological types, stages at diagnosis of young with lung cancer. The results showed that chest pain and dyspnea were the most frequent symptoms (64.7 percent), dry cough (44.1 percent), sputum expectoration (38.2 percent), haemotysis (23.5 percent). Weight loss (32.5 percent), fever (23.5 percent), peripheral adenopathies (20.6 percent). Adenoma carcinoma accounted for 53 percent, unknown type carcinoma 26 percent, Squamous-cell carcinoma 12 percent. Stage 4 of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was 54.9 percent.
