Backgound: Colorectal cancer is a common disease worldwide and causes high mortality in the 3rd row of death from cancer in general. Objective: Describe clinical characteristics, endoscopic images and histopathology of colorectal cancer. Subjects and methods: cross-sectional descriptive study of 68 cases of coloreetal cancer. Results: Patients with coloreetal cancer have an average age 61.97 + or - 11.69, meet the most in the 60-69 age group (33.8 percent), the percentage of male/female is 1.34/1 . The clinical symptoms include: blood mucous stool (48.5 percent), abdominal pain (86.7 percent), feelings go beyond all classification (68.1 percent), abdominal bloating (48.5 percent ). Position of the tumor having at most the rectum and sigmoid colon (67.6 percent), images of tumors can mostly "rough + ulcers" (54.4 percent), tumor size is often occupied 3/4 the circumference of perimeter colon (48.5 percent). Histologic type of cancer mainly adenocarcinomas (94.1 percent)
high malignancy (27.9 percent), low malignancy rate (72.1 percent). Conclusions. The major clinical symptoms of colorectal cancer is blood mucous stool. Position to meet most cancers in the rectum and sigmoid colon. Histologic type of cancer mainly adenocarcinoma.
