Non Hodgkin Lymphomas (NHLs) are composed by a range of pathology caused by the malignant proliferation of lympho' s organs. Objective: the anatomopathology and immunohistochemical study of the NHL of the sinusonasal. Materials and methods: Descriptive study of the anatomopathology and immunohistochemical in 46 patients was diagnosed with NHLsSN. Results: average of biopsy 2.1 times (most 11 times). Origin of T celles (39.1 percent), T/NK (32.6 percent), B (28.3 percent) . immunohistochemical (100 percent positives with LCA (CD45). Tumor of lympho T positives with CD45RO (94.4 percent), and CD3, CD43, 88.9 percent), and CD5 ((66.7 percent). Tumor of NK positives 100 percent with CD45RO-CD56, and 93.3 percent with CD43, and 86.7 percent with CD3. Tumor of lympho B positives 100 percent with CD20-CD79a, and 7.7 percent with CD43 - CD45RO. Conlusion : The symptoms of NHLsSN: syndrome B (21.7 percent), forms vegetable growth (56.6 percent).
