The purpose of the study is to know the morphological characteristics, location, nature and extent of structural damage and histology of colorectal polyps by colonoscopy and biopsy at the Viet-Tiep hospital in Haiphong. The study was conducted on 46 patients (mean age: 54.0 + or - 15.34) DTT polyp endoscopic diagnosis and histopathological results at the Endoscopy Center Digestive in Viet-Tiep Hospital in Haiphong, from 6/2010 to 9/2012. Results: The number average of polyps in a patient is 1.54. Only polyp is majority (76.1 percent), the rest is multiple polyps. Rectal polyps are the most (45.6 percent), following, sigmoid colon polyps (26.0 percent), in other positions, less than 10 percent. Stemmed polyps are mains (52.2 percent), polyp stalk half: 21.6 percent, sessile polyps: 21.7 percent. The majority of polyps are less than 1 cm in size (60.9 percent), 1 2cm is 32.6 percent, 2cm: 6.5 percent. The majority of polyps are adenomas polyps: (71.7 percent), the rest are hyperplastic (28.3 percent). In the adenoma polyps, adenomas polyps small tube are the most: 54.5 percent, small polyps tube - villi: 24.3 percent, adenoma polyps villi: 18.2 percent. In the hyperplastic polyps: hyperplasia inflammatory is the most: 61.5 percent, hyperplasia with adenomas: 15.4 percent, hyperplasia pure: 23.1 percent. The majority of dysplasia have seen in adenomas poylps (91.7 percent), in which mild dysplasia is majority (75 percent).
