Over 60 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy with pancreaticogastrostomy anastomosis in Viet Duc Hospital from 15/09/2009 den 31/03/2012, the authors noticed: surgical time is relatively long average 308.3 percent 61.6 minutes. Major surgical complications are bleeding primarily in liberation period and cut the pancreatic duodenal head. Pancreatic remnant mobilization at least 2,5 cm. The distance between Pancreaticogastrostomy anastomosis and gastrojejunostomy at least 5 cm or more. Chronic pancreatitis are risk factors for bleeding during surgery.
