Web services allow users to exploit the features that web services provide on the network environment via specified standard interface. To search web services that are appropriate with the specified semantics requires to label semantic for the web services. In this paper, the authors propose a solution to specify the useful semantic for web services based on extended OWL-S: every functionality of a method in the Web services is specified by combining a concept in the verb ontology and a concept in the noun ontology. Proposed method that is compatible OWL-S is the most common standard for the representation of semantic web services at the present, and also provides an ability to search Web services based on the semantics of the functionality.
