Education or training program is a training tool to create the human resources for a society: it is the measurement unit ofthe development levels of the education of the era in which it serves. The fact that education must be linked with the requirements of the labour users is very essential. Therefore, the purpose of evaluating the training program for the recruitment requirements is to consider whether the training program is in accordance with the requirements of the labour users or not. This assessment will be definited the strengths and weaknesses of the training program. On this basis, the university can adjust its training program in order to be accordance with the requirements of the labour market.
