The communication and behaviour in hospital are being attractive. To evaluate patient satisfaction with steps of reception in Emergency Departement, the authors performed this reseach and received the results: the rate of patient satisfaction and more satisfication with greeting increase from 56,5 percent to 95,1 percent respectively, with reception at entrance was from 56,7 percent to 88 percent and the full direction was from 56,5 percent to 71 percent.
