Objective: To assess the results of coronary angiography and PCI in Cardiovascular department of Nghe An General Friendship Hospital. Method: Retrospective, clinical description. Results: From 8/2009 to 6/2012, of 764 cases indicated coronary angiography, with 42.41 percent of unstable angina, 38.09 percent of stable angina and myocardial infarction 18, 85 percent. In patients with coronary artery disease, mean age is 66.63 + or - 12.54, men is three times more than women, the common risk factors are: hypertension (53.92 percent), lipid disorders (41.10 percent), diabetes (16.23), and 15.58 percent smoking. There are 293 patients with significant stenosis, was indicated PCI or CABG, including 176 cases (60.07 percent) was PCI at the Department of Cardiology, in which the primary stenting is 18.82 percent.The common complications are: mortality 1.14 percent, vascular complications 5.84 percent.
