An one group pretest-posttest study was conducted with participating of 60 patients with low-back pain due to degenerative spine who were treated at the Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Nam Dinh province in 2012. This study aims to evaluate the effect of electrical stimulation methods combined stretchspine in the treatment of low back pain due to spinal degeneration. The results showed. that 60 percent of patients had good results, 31.67 percent of patients achieved good results and 8.33 percent of patients achieved average results after treatment. This method achieved a good treatment and no undesirable effects in dinical practice. To improve the quality and reduce the cost of treatment for the patient, this method should be widely applied.
