A descriptive study conducted in 46 patients whose diagnosis is cervical stenosis multilevel and were operated in Spine surgery of Viet Duc Hospital from january 2008 to june 2011. The mean age of 58.07 + or - 1.65 years-old and sex ratio is approximately 3 males/1 females. Cliniacal manifastations cervical myelopathy from moderate to severe (100 percent). MRI is used to determine the multilevel cervical stenosis. Evaluate the surgical results by JOA, NDI, VAS preoperation and postoperation. The mean of recovery rate of cervical myelopathy is 63.01 + or - 1.17 percent.
