Objects: Evaluating the local reoccurence, lung metastases lasting the 5 years of life and some affected factors to soft tissue sarcomas T2NOMO. Subjects: 108 patients with soft tissue sarcomas phase T2NOMO. Methods: descriptive, retrospective. Results: 108 soft tissue sarcomas patients that were being treated with surgery, surgery + radiation, surgery + radiation + chemotherapy with the expected results: diseases could be seen at every ages, from 40 - 60 years of age accounting for 41.7 percent, male/female 1:1.1. The distribution of the tumors could be every where but the majority was in the branches, accounting for 46.3 percent. Histopathological was varied with many neuroleptic malignant tumors, 31.6 percent. The local recurrence particularly happened at the early two years, lung metastasis was 40 percent. All of the patients who could live 5 years longer were 57 percent and 5 years longer free - disease were 45.7 percent. There were some factors that affecting to 5 years of life consisting: the position of the tumor, size of the tumor, disease phase, histopathology, histological degree (level) and surgery methods.
