Objectives: to evaluate the results of refractive error treatment by Excimer laser Scan 197 and the corneal effect. Methods: 641 eyes with refractive errors in patients over 18. Results: spheral refractive errors decrease 4.06D myopia 4.18D hyperopia 2.32D and astigmatism 0.83D. Scan 197 Excimer laser machine treats safely, effectively and the power of cornea is stable. Conclusions: Excimer laser for treating refractive errors get good and safe results for Vietnamese patients.
