The objective of study was to assess the success rate of surgical approach and the cause of success. Form 65 cas studies, the author conducted a physical examination, diagnosis, and staging for surgery and postoperative monitoring and evaluation results. The results of studies noted as follows: Patients from age 30-70, or met at age 50 59 (39 percent). Womenaccount for 98.46 percent. Most related to occupational vibration. The 89.2 percent cell tissue atrophy. Right hand: 38.5 percent, left: 15.4 percent, both hands: 46.1 percent. Most of the time disease 1 year. Number of surgeries: a majority time usually after 86.15 percent. Average: of surgical times. Recovery 4 weeks. Results: Good: 9.23 percent, negative: 4.61 percent.
