Objective: description subfronto-orbito-nasal approach and result of treated cerebrospinal fluid leak due to fracture anterior fossa posttrauma by SFON. Material and method: prospective study in 8 patients who are treated cerebrospinal fluid with apply subfronto - orbito - nasal approach, description how to surgery step by step, adventage and disadventage of this approach. Description results of operative and complications. Results: Times of craniotomy subfrontoorbito-nasal approach is 30 minutes, average diameter craniotomy 3x5 em, 100 percent find tear dural. 6/8 patient cuver imediately postoperative, 2 patients need treat with lumbar punction drainge and stop leak after 5-7 days treats. Follow up 1 months postoperative: 100 percent strop CSF leak, non recurrent meningite. Conclusion: SFON is very useful to operated cerebrospinal fluid leak due to fracture anterior fossa posttrauma.
