Objective: result for effident reconstruction epitympanum of wall in patients who have been erosion the wall of antrum with local adhesive attic. Designs study: Prospectve analysis of preoperative and postoperative symptoms. Patients: The author studied 21 patients with the wall of antrum eroded due to adhesive otitis. Results: tinnitus reduced from 80.9 percent to 14.3 percent postoperative, Earache preoperative decreased from 57.1 percent to 4.8 percent postoperative too. Conclusion: Reconstruction epitym'panum of wall improved symptoms for the patients and without hearing loss postoperative, decreasing to created Cholesteatoma in antrum.
