The western medicine group of 15 mice was injected with ketamine (20 mg/kg/day)for 14 consecutive days, then taken orally clozapine dosed 5 ml/kg/day continuously for 30 days. The results showed that after injection of ketamine mice expressed some manifested behaviors similar to schizophrenia symptoms in human.
