Tóm tắt

The paper presents response behavious of oxygen sensors manufactured in series following achievements gained by of author's group in the field of oxygen sensor. In this study, sixteen oxygen sensors with different size of working electrodes were fabricated and their behavious were investigated. Response time received by most of sensors is less than 20s and in some cases, it is smaller than 10s. The variation of dissolved oxygen content during more than 60 minute test is in range of 0.21-3.68 percent. It indicated the possibility to fabricate in house in series of oxygen sensors for long term environmental monitoring.
