 Objectives: to determine lesions of uterin cavity by the Hysteroscopy and the Hystero-salpingo graphy.Method: a cross-sectional and retrospective study was carried out on 650 records of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in infertilities patients in 2011 at National Hospital of Obstetric and Gynecology. Results: appearance of the uterine cavity as visualized by hysteron-salpingo graphy : normal31.7 percent
  defect- 68.3 percent
  by hysterocscopy: normal68 percent
  anormal- 32 percent. The sensitivity of hysteronsalpingo graphy -85.6 percent, its specific- 39.8 percent and its PPV - 40.1 percent
  NPV - 85.4 percent. Conclusions: the hysteron-salpingo graphy is used on infertilities to detect abnormal in uterine cavity and Fallopian tube, the hysteroscopy is a gold standard to determine lesions of uterine cavity.
