Objective Evaluations the role of endoscopy direct, indirect, optic and panendoscopy for the indications of operation for laryngeal carcinoma Materials and methods: Case study, of 34 patiens of the laryngeal carcinoma. Results: average 52.9 + or - 8.9. Direct endoscopy is only evaluation for the glostic and sub glostic. Endoscopy by optic 70° can't evaluation the hypoglostic. Panendoscopy is most evaluation for the lesions of ventriculary, hypoglostic and second cancer. Conclusion: Panendoscopy is most evaluation for the lesions of laryngeal cancer.
