Background: Troponin I is a highly sensitive biochemical marker, special for diagnosis myocardial infarction as a gold standard. It helps diagnosis and treatment processing of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Troponin I replaces the classical cardiac enzymes as CK total, CK-MB, AST... Specifically, CK-MB is the most heartspecific enzyme, however it increases lately and shortly in the period of myocardial infarction. Method: The study performs in 176 cases who were diagnosed and treated with describing a cross-sectional at Viet-Tiep Hospital - Hai Phong. Results and conclusions: This research has been given some conclusions as follows that Troponin I is a valuable marker for early stage of myocardial infarction (9.61ng/ml) without the increase of other cardiac enzymes activity as CK total and CK-MB. During increased activity processing of CK total and CK-MB, Troponin I levels have positive correlation (r = 0.534, P 0.01) at a concentration of CK and CKMB. Dyslipidemia in MI patients is increasing cholesterol total and LDL-C levels.
