Background: Stented Lich-Gregoir ureteroneocystostomy with sonde JJ in renal transplantation reduced complications of stenosis and leak but they are risks of infection and urinary stone. Objectives of study compared urologic complications stented versus nonstented ureteroneocystostomy Lich-Gregoir modificative at People's Hospital No.115. Materials and Methods: Patients were operated renal transplantation at People's Hospital No.115 from march 2004 to august 2012. The ureter was inserted into the bladder with Lich-Gregoir technique has a modification with 23 patients (53.49 percent) stented versus 20 patients (46.51 percent). Determine urological complications in 2 groups. Methods of study: Cohort study. Results: All 43 patiens in this study. The mean age: 40.7 year (19-60 year). Rate male/female: 26/17. Rateurinary leaks: 1/23 patient (4.35 percent) in group stented versus 0 percent in group nonstented with p0.05 but not concern Lich-Gregoir technique. Rate ofearly urinary infection: 13.04 percent (stented) versus 5 percent (non-stented). The mean times of clear urinary: 1.9 days (stented) versus 0.5 days (non-stented) with p=0.001.
