The study was conducted to describe epidemiology of Dengue Hemorrhage Fever (DHF) and correlation with weather and migration features in Thanh Hoa city in 2008-2010. The results showed that case distribution between male and female is 54 percent vs 46 percent, DHF occurred mostly among group age from 15 to 24, farmers, pupils, students and officers. DHF usually starts in early June and reduces in November with its peak in August, September, October. Gia Tinh, Thieu Hoa, Hoang Hoa, Hau Loc Districts are places that DHF occurred through years. Thanh Hoa city also has a certain amount of DHF cases. Rainfall, temperature and migration are factors correlate to DHF with r correlation through 3 years are (0,63, 0,71, 0,92), (0,55, 0,52, 0,43), (0,42, 0,85, 0,46) respectively. In conclusion, Information, Education and Communication should be conducted from May and focusing on farmers, pupils, students and officers and places having DHF occurring through years. Data of rainfall, temperature and migration should be used as references to predict trend of DHF.
