Many methods were proposed for stability of slender structures and tall building subjected to the seismic and the wind load based on passive, semi-active, active, and hybrid control method. The semi-active control system can change the damping and the stiffness by using the sensors and the controller. The stability of structure subjected to the wind load and seismic excitation by using multiple semi-active tuned mass damper systems is investigated in this study. The optimum frequency, the damping ratio, and the frequency range for passive control case were done, and SFFT (Short Fast Fourier Transform) was used to find the suitable frequency to change the stiffness and the damping with time. The result shows that the semi-active control devices can stabilize the dynamic of structure.
