In this paper, two control methods including OFCHA (optimal fuzzy control using Hegde algebras - HAs) and FCHA (fuzzy control using Hegde algebras) are replaced by CFC (conventional fuzzy control). These methods are constructed on the basis of hegde algebras theory and fuzzy reasoning methods using HA. The FCHA and OFCHA methods are applied to the PP-200 fan plate control apparatus based on time when plate angle value gets as desired, the result of simulation OFCHA method confirmed is true and effective.
