By applying the descriptive cross-sectional study on chemical contamination, bacteria, and the basic condition of the business establishment of street food in Lai Chau distric. Result: The percentage of E.coli contamination on food: the genaral infection was 38 percent. On fish and fish product was 40 percent. On meat and pork meat was 34.3 percent. On vegetable was 40 percent. The highest level contamination E coli: 28/165 on the fish, on vegetable was 21 E coli. The rate of chemical contamination of pesticide: the genaral vegetable infection was 16.6 percent. On vegetable leaves 15 percent. On root vegetables was 25 percent and raw vegetable was 100 percent.
