 Treatment of uterine tube enrapture of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy at the at National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology (NHOB). Objective: To determine the rate and the results of conservation treatment of uterine tube unrupture of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy. Method is prospective study: Simple size are 116, pregnant suffering enrapture ectopic pregnancy have been treated conservation of uterine tube by laparoscopy in 2007. Result: The rate of conservation treatment of uterine tube by laparoscopy of unruptere ectopic pregnancy at NHOB is 116/1.710 (11.6 percent). The rate successful is 87.1 percent
  The rate of placental retention is 12.9 percent. The dimension site of pregnancy sac from 2 to 4 cm, the rate successful is 86.3 percent. The rate of follow up is 63/116: (54.30 percent). Lost follow up: 53/116: 45.70 percent. Hysterosalpingraphy 25/63: (40 percent)
  The uterine tube which have been concerved get through is 15/25 (40 percent). Having pregnan after operation is 19/63: 30.2 percent. Conclusion: The rate of conservation treatment of uterine tube of unrupture ectopic pregnancy by lapasoscopy is high and having more advantage. The rate of lost follow up is limiting to assess the further results after operation of conservation uterine tube by laparoscopy.
