Mandible condyle fracture treatment is very complicated in maxillofacial surgery. With the treatment experience on 123 patients at maxillofacial department of National Hospital Odonto-stomatology, the author analyzed clinical symptom, X-ray, etiology and mechanism of mandible condyle fracture. The study pointed out the indication for surgery or conservative methods for mandible condyle fracture treatment with 93.1 percent successful result on patients.
