The general tendency of mankind evolutionary is to practice humanity, gradually overcome inhumanity. Changing from capitalist society to socialist society (low stage) and communist society (high stage), without any deterioration, oppression and unfair, peoole develop freely, completely is a natural inevitable development. Vietnamese people under the leadership of the Communist Party has chosen the socialism oriented national developing road, that is gradually stepping towards a complete humanitarian society.
