Teachers force (including teachers and staffmanagement education) is directly force the implementation of education and decided to play the role of education quality. At the present time, the teachers of Vietnam have increased in number and quality. In all recent studies on the status of teachers are consistent in a number identified as the majority of teachers and education officials .and managers will meet professional standards but not part of teachers satisfactory qualifications and most teachers' capacity to meet the educational mission in the new. The proposed solution is a strong innovation policy for teacher quality and innovation and professional expertise of teachers through training stage of the teachers'schools and stages of training facJlities education.
