Nowadays, the scientists and the education managers have been concerning about researching with stable trend "Innovating education and training basically and wholly" to meet the need of industrialization and modernization. The principals always have to accompany with innovating education management to make sure that the education management will bring success and it's the key to educational quality. Innovation means the principals have to overcome the stagnate condition and satisfy the need of development. Innovating school management means to strive for a humanity, democracy school and contribute positively in innovating Ho Chi Minh city's education and training basically and wholly.
