This article presents and analyzes some main shortcomings in the training process of Land Administration sector in the credit system at the Quy Nhon University through the evaluation of youth enrollment, training programs and training quality. The authors then proposes and suggests some basic measures to innovate and enhance the training quality of Land Administration sector so as to meet the needs of the huge human resources of the society.
