The article has discussed the need for renovating testing and assessment in education assessment in general and in the second course: course "Basic Principles of Marxism-Leninism" in particular. Renovating the modality of testing and assessment of this course from response-constructed to open oral examinations will makes a valuable contribution to enhancing learning quality and capacity to relate to reality for students.
